As your therapist, it is my ultimate goal to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to be your true self - that's when the healing begins! I consider myself a support pillar - here to sit with you in the discomfort (stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, lack of motivation, etc.) and help support you on your journey through healing and growth so that you feel empowered to create balance in your life.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic healing, humanistic perspective, mindfulness, self-care advocacy and often find the focus of therapy moves toward attachment.
